By creating and planning together we will look for opportunities of all types, ask many questions, explore options and help you make informed decisions about all aspects of your project to determine the final scope. As the project requires, we will work with planning professionals to create drawings, obtain permits and prepare all construction documents and project communications for the work ahead. We believe that quality time spent at this stage brings clarity, reduces surprises and leads to a positive build experience for everyone involved.
